I always stay here...last 6 years ..great location,great staff. Only thing is WiFi is not good.
+ Amicable staff, great location, clean large room, good wi-fi, cold A/C, security key card, fast lifts, nice restaurant.- Noisy compressor unit on balcony, blocked shower head, pillows hard, balcony not clean.Overall an excellent hotel for the price, would definitely recommend.
I was in this hotel for the first time from the 26th to the 30th of April 2019.I was thrilled with everything.Located in Soi 10 between Beach and Second Road in a perfect location, it is close to everything important and within walking distance.Actually, I am very skeptical and pay attention to many and small details and test different hotels again and again.I loved em's so friendly staff.When wanted was acted very quickly.Unfortunately, I had no time to explore the pool area, but I will catch up, as I will be back on 17 September 2019 for 2 weeks.Unfortunately: judging by Neagtiv, it is breakfast for a long time until 1pm as in most hotels, unfortunately I sleep a long time and do not make it that early at 10am
We (husband and I) always stay at The Stay Hotel, the service is friendly, very clean hotel and excellent location. Very good breakfast, with egg station. This time we booked connecting rooms (suite and a standard room) - this review is for the standard room, which is quite spacious and has a decent bed (on the hard side as usual in Thailand). I do recommend this hotel for the service, location and good value for money.
Clean modern hotel
Absolutely my favourite place to stay in Pattaya. I've returned again and again for the comfortable rooms and excellent value for money.All staff very friendly and professional.Thank You
There you will get always a very friendly service and a good value for money. This hotel has a nice rooftop pool with a good view to the sea.
Had been staying here for past 4 years when I visit Pattaya every 2-3 months. Room is spacious and staff are friendly. Some are very good with English so language not an issue. But room ceilings are a bit torn down and probably could do with a simple refurbishment.

Only one slight problem when another guest was issued a key to my room, (I was in 716 whilst he was supposed to be in 715), and woke me up when they entered my room around midnight. The matter was resolved by the reception staff immediately and an apology from the manager offered the next day which I accepted as a simple mistake, although at the time of the incident I was somewhat angry. This did not however detract from my overall positive perception of the hotel and its staff or my satisfaction of all aspects during my holiday staying at your hotel which I would use again.

Friendly helpful staff.
When arriving they want me to pay for a prepaid room. Luckily I had with me the confirmation.And it look like new staff many places and in the restaurant there was always something missing at the table until the last 2 days of our stay.

Overall are good. But for the air con doesn’t cold enough when we put temperature at 22 C’ it’s feel like 26 C’ Your staff helpful and smiley.
I enjoyed throughout the stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. For the price, basic necessities like comfortable bed, clean room and shower are met. Location is very convenient, within walking distance to the beach, breakfast cafes, Walking Street, restaurants and malls. 5 mins to the main road and hailing a baht bus also makes it a convenient location. Building is on a smaller and quieter street, able to enjoy sitting at the balcony.
Nice location, helpful staff, good and clean rooms, pool is ok and very good value of money. Thank you very much, I enjoyed my time at the hotel.
This was our 3rd (or 4) stay at this beautiful hotel. We always book the suite, it’s a very nice and spacious roomBreakfast is great, served until 10:30am with an egg station, very attentive staff during breakfast. Swimming pool is of a good size (not deep) and I find that not many people use it, so I normally have it all for myself (no complaints here) chairs and towels available and friendly service from the staff here. Smiles from reception and porter and always feel welcome. My only recommendation would be a better service for cleanliness of the room during the stay, we normally stay for 2 weeks and I would like to have the room cleaned not only toilet paper and towels replaced .i always leave tip for housekeeping so we tend to expect a top service.Definitely recommend this hotel, location, service, staff friendliness, general cleanliness, food (dinner and lunch too) are all great . I’m already planning my next stay 😊

The staff is really A++ here. Being a solo traveler and sometimes waking up at 8pm, the staff had no issue with cleaning my room at such a late hour. They would do what ever they could to accommodate me. Easy choice to book here again, as long as the price stays where it is.
The hotel is very nice and centrally located. When I traveled to Thailand twice, I stayed at this hotel. I would love to stay in a hotel again.
i had been staying there for almost every trip for the past 2 years and without fail, i always receive warm welcome from the receptionist as well as the security guards.location is awesome and room service is always great. had yet to try their breakfast though.
It was a great hotel with great service and location. The main downside for me is horrible internet. It is clear the existing bandwidth is inadequate and needs to be increased significantly. I was not the only person to complain about this but was led to believe that ownership doesn't really care. I do business while on vacation and good internet is mandatory.

Hotel is worthy for money.l love to stay at stay
Location is great, spotless rooms, delicious food, lovely roof top pool but I have to give 5 stars to all the staff, from reception, to security guard (I salute him), pool staff, room maid and doorman. They took care of me every day, always friendly, polite, smiling and willing to help.I will definititely book my vacation with this hotel next time.Thank you all for a most memorable stay. See you in March 2015.

i loved it eventhough some floors were ready i was in romm 211 for one week very nice people the staff felt very safe i will there again in august this year again good boys keep up
Staff very friendly, and especially the concierge was very helpful.I stayed 25-27Aug2013 on 7th.floor.Room very clean and aircon worked well.Breakfast selection very good.However, I think there is no need for the Guests to collect a B'fast voucher first at reception, then hand the voucher to the restaurant staff 10 feet away.I'm sure the restaurant staff can check a list and direct the Guests to a table.One other criticism is that there were too many emails from reservation office just to confirm the booking and to issue a receipt for the deposit.I still like this hotel and am returning to stay again March - April 2014 for 7nights. Looking forward to it.
